JKPCC President Vikar Rasool Wani addresses huge rally at Bani

JKPCC President Shri Vikar Rasool Wani along with Working President Shri Raman Bhalla and other senior leaders addressed a largely attended “Constitution Adhikar Rally” at Bani today in connection with Constitution Day Celebrations and attacked Modi led BJP Govt. of weakening the Constitutional and Democratic Institutions in the Country.
